Data we process and purposes

Order management: name, address, email, phone and payment data to process, manufacture and ship your orders. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
Waitlist and marketing: your email to notify you of drops, if you subscribe. Legal basis: consent.
Customer support: the data you provide. Legal basis: consent and legitimate interest.
Legal obligations: invoicing and accounting. Legal basis: legal obligation.

Recipients and processors

To provide the service we share data with providers acting as processors:

Shopify — store and payment platform.
Printful — manufacturing and shipping (print on demand).
Payment provider (e.g. Shopify Payments / Stripe) — payment processing.
Email and analytics providers, where applicable.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

International transfers

Some providers (Shopify, Printful) are located outside the European Economic Area (USA). Such transfers rely on the appropriate safeguards under the GDPR (standard contractual clauses and/or adequacy frameworks).

Retention

We keep data while the contractual relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the legal periods (tax and warranty). Marketing data until you withdraw consent.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@kodrux.com. If you believe your request was not handled properly, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
