Print-on-demand products

Our products are made on demand. Therefore, except for defects or errors, we do not accept returns for a simple change of mind once production has started, in line with the exceptions to the right of withdrawal (art. 103 of RLD 1/2007).

Defective or incorrect items

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 30 days of receipt at support@kodrux.com with your order number and photos. We’ll send a free replacement or a refund.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As an EU consumer you have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw where the law allows. To exercise it, write to support@kodrux.com. Custom print-on-demand products may be excluded from withdrawal.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the same payment method within 14 days.

Legal warranty

The 3-year legal warranty of conformity applies (RLD 1/2007).
